DELIVERY
As a small family-owned local business we aim to be as flexible as possible and accommodate our customer’s individual needs. We recruit many of our staff from the on trade and they understand the challenges of the industry.
Based next to the M5 and A303/A30 near Exeter we are well located to service the whole region. All our stock is held locally and our deliveries are always made by our own drivers in our own vehicles.
We’re based in the region and hold all our stocks duty paid in our own warehouse.
This ready availability helps give us the very quickest possible response times should our customers need an unscheduled delivery.
We are proud of our drivers who are the week in, week out are the face of Regency Wines. They are very popular with our customers as they listen and react to their individual requirements.
Our driver is also your driver. We don’t enforce large minimum orders, we realise in our region some customers go through seasonal peaks and troughs. If you need it, we will endeavour to get it to you.
